As an NPI Sourcing Buyer at Advanced Energy, you'll be responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers for our New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. You'll work closely with our engineering and product development teams to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with our key partners. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers meet our quality, cost, and delivery requirements, and that they align with our sustainability and ethical sourcing policies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for NPI projects
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
• Ensure suppliers meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Manage supplier audits and certifications
• Ensure compliance with sustainability and ethical sourcing policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing and supplier management
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with energy industry standards and regulations
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus
• Fluent in English and Indonesian
