📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.,Assist guests with their needs and requests, such as arranging transportation, making reservations, and providing information about local attractions.,Maintain the guest room and common areas of the hotel, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well-appointed.,Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist with special events and functions, as needed.,Perform other duties as assigned by the hotel management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler or similar role in luxury hospitality.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and protocols.,Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, as needed.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
