📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounting department, including hiring, training, and development of staff.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintaining financial records.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with the last 5 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Experience with financial reporting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Proven ability to manage a team and mentor junior accountants.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
