📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.,Train and develop new team members to ensure they meet company standards and contribute to a positive work environment.,Manage inventory and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations.,Participate in store meetings and contribute to team discussions to improve store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the food service industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Domino's operating procedures, policies, and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
