📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and support.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data in our CRM system.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Provide product and service information to customers, both in person and over the phone.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and assist with any other tasks as needed.,Provide feedback to the sales team on customer interactions and sales performance.,Assist in the training and development of new sales team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
