Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Ensuring the department meets all regulatory and quality standards,Managing a team of healthcare professionals,Developing and implementing departmental strategies and initiatives,Facilitating communication between the department and other departments,Participating in staff training and development programs,Representing the department in hospital committees and meetings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using relevant healthcare software and systems
