This is a full-time position based in Palembang, South Sumatra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the head instructor in conducting training sessions, evaluating trainee performance, and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

• Assist the head instructor in planning and conducting training sessions for new and existing staff.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation and service during training sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training materials and programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during training sessions.
• Provide guidance and support to trainees to help them develop their culinary skills.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an instructor or similar role in the culinary industry.
• Proven track record of training and developing culinary staff.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with culinary software and equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Certifications in food safety and handling are a plus.
