📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, screening, interviewing, and hiring.,Administer employee benefits, including payroll, insurance, and leave management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Stay informed about labor laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry or company size.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
