City Crown Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Bekasi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing retail outlets and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role, combining office and field responsibilities to ensure the success of our stores.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring high levels of customer service and product availability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve sales targets and overall business objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail outlets and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
