📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor infection prevention and control programs in accordance with national and international guidelines.
• Conduct environmental and patient safety inspections to identify and address potential infection risks.
• Provide education and training to healthcare staff on infection prevention and control practices.
• Develop and maintain infection control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with infection control standards.
• Monitor and report on infection rates and outbreaks, and work to contain and prevent further spread.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in infection control through continuous education and professional development.
• Ensure that all infection control measures are documented and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Certification as an Infection Control Nurse Specialist (ICNS) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infection control in public healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of infection prevention and control guidelines, including those from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
