In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and track the location and status of all company vehicles using GPS and fleet management software.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing with service providers.,Ensure all vehicles are properly inspected before and after each trip, and maintain accurate records of inspections.,Manage vehicle fuel consumption and cost, and ensure compliance with fuel policies.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient vehicle operation, and address any issues or concerns.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in developing and implementing fleet management policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet-related activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or a related field.,Familiarity with fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
