• Support senior program managers in developing and implementing program strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in program management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
