Port Direct Group is seeking a Lead HR Manager to oversee our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR functions and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws. This role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in Jember.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Lead and mentor HR team members.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Coordinate with senior management to address HR challenges and opportunities.,Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
