You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding our junior IT staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems,Mentor and guide junior IT staff,Participate in IT projects and initiatives,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations,Experience with IT security and compliance,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
