📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring all tests are conducted accurately and efficiently.,Lead and mentor a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all laboratory activities.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.,Train and develop new staff to ensure the laboratory meets high standards of quality and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a proven track record of leading a team.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Experience with quality control and quality assurance processes.,Ability to mentor and develop new staff.
