Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records and reports.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and training.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and make recommendations.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.,Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
