📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of shop assistants to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and monitoring.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the management.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
