As a Mandarin-Speaking Professional in our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless communication with our partners in China. In the Middle Office, you will handle financial and operational reporting, providing critical insights to our leadership team. And as an Auditor, you will ensure compliance with our internal policies and external regulations, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accuracy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of automotive parts to our customers.
• Facilitate communication with Chinese suppliers and partners, using your fluent Mandarin skills to negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
• Handle financial and operational reporting for the Middle Office, providing critical insights to our leadership team.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with our internal policies and external regulations.
• Use ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle to manage and analyze data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our operations.
• Ensure all operations adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Middle Office, or Auditing, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in financial auditing or supply chain management is a plus.
