Go Store Group is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team in Palembang. We are a rapidly growing retail company that values innovation, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach.

As a Purchasing Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store receives the right products at the right time, at the right price. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that our inventory is well-stocked and meets customer demand.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best prices and terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with other departments to meet customer demands and business goals.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to source new products and suppliers.
  • Provide regular reports on purchasing activities and performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
