📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle operations.,Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Handle vehicle bookings, track mileage, and manage fuel and maintenance records.,Collaborate with the finance team to manage vehicle expenses and budgets.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure vehicles meet safety and operational standards.,Provide support and guidance to drivers on vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
