📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of seeds to farmers.,Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics processes.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.,Handle any logistics-related issues and resolve them promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with agricultural supply chain and logistics is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
