Byte Mart Jaya is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of restaurant operations and a passion for creating a positive dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure that orders are prepared and served efficiently.,Ensure that all financial targets are met, and that the restaurant is operating profitably.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
