📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and provide information about products and services.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Stock merchandise according to inventory requirements and restocking schedules.,Assist with opening and closing store procedures, including cash handling and bank deposits.,Promote sales and special offers to customers to drive sales and revenue.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 lbs.
