📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Manage and train sales teams to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the development and execution of promotional activities to drive sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
