Sehati Citra Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QC Staff to join our team in Yogyakarta. As a Senior QC Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our medical services. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control checks on medical equipment and supplies.,Monitoring and maintaining quality standards and procedures.,Investigating and resolving quality-related issues.,Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Providing training and guidance to junior staff on quality control procedures.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.,Participating in quality improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Quality Assurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Certification in Quality Control or a related field is a plus.,Experience in a hospital or medical center setting is preferred.
