PT Jaya Harapan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to junior training officers and other team members.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and evaluation techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
