📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Oversee the kitchen staff, ensuring they follow safety and hygiene protocols.,Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Participate in training new staff and maintaining kitchen documentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality food in a professional setting.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Valid food handler's license and knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
