📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and meets all display and merchandising standards.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Manage store budgets and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and compliant.,Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement new initiatives and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store, including driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and customer service.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
