📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring that all procedures are performed safely and efficiently.,Manage and supervise a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and assistants.,Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and insurance information.,Ensure that all clinic equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.,Train and mentor new staff members to ensure that they are up-to-date on all clinic procedures and protocols.,Assist in the development and implementation of new clinic policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on clinic performance metrics, such as patient satisfaction scores and treatment outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene, Dental Assistant, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures and protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both patients and staff.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records systems.,Certification in CPR and first aid.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
