📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement control measures.
• Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on safety best practices.
• Monitor and report on safety performance, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement waste management and pollution control measures.
• Foster a strong safety culture within the organization by promoting open communication and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of safety practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE coordination, with a strong background in construction safety.
• Certifications such as OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
• Proficient in using SAP Safety, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant safety management software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Fluent in English, with good communication skills in both written and spoken.
