📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the padel and coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of 15-20 employees, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food and beverage safety standards.
• Work closely with the general manager to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities.
• Manage inventory and supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained facility, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the hospitality or sports industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
