📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of IQuick Home Innovation, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure efficient and timely service provision.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the company's inventory and procurement processes, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in the home services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of operational software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the home services industry, including knowledge of local regulations and best practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
