📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the selection and maintenance of premium motorcycles.
• Conduct test rides and demos to showcase the features and capabilities of our range of motorcycles.
• Assist in the sales process, from initial consultation to finalizing the purchase.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases to ensure you can offer the latest and greatest to our customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Contribute to the team's success by achieving individual and team sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in motorcycle sales or a related field.
• A deep understanding of the motorcycle industry, including brands, models, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
• Attention to detail and a passion for motorcycles.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• A valid motorcycle license and driving experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
