📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce and Zendesk to manage customer interactions and track performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance processes to maintain and improve service standards.
• Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to share best practices and improve service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations in Bali.
