As a Farm Analytics Manager, you will be at the core of our data-driven approach to agriculture. You will work closely with farmers, agronomists, and other stakeholders to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including IoT sensors, weather patterns, soil health, and crop yields. Your insights will help identify trends, predict outcomes, and recommend strategies to improve farm performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of data analysts and agronomists in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing farm data using tools like Python, R, and SQL.
• Develop and implement data visualization dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to monitor farm performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with farmers and agronomists to understand their needs and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct predictive analytics to forecast crop yields, pest outbreaks, and weather impacts, helping farmers make informed decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in agri-tech and data analytics, and integrate new technologies into our existing systems.
• Present data-driven insights to stakeholders, including investors, policymakers, and farmers, to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor and train team members on data analytics best practices and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in agricultural data.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop management, and soil health.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Certification in data analytics or agri-tech is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
