📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content creation, using tools like Mailchimp and Hootsuite.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to support business growth.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
• Support the Managing Director and General Manager in managing day-to-day marketing operations.
• Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events and promotions.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and event logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
• Proficient in using marketing automation tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
